Is Zanex bad to take at the age of 25?

Yes, it is very addictive and should not be taken or stopped without a Physician.  If you are on it, hopefully on a short term basis. Better to talk to friends, family, support groups, Psychologist or Psychiatrist to get your problems solved and become a healthier more giving person. Also available may be local church groups that have non-judgmental meetings that share your same problem.  Often free childcare available while you meet. 

... All my thoughts relate to the age of 25, concern.  My know how about Zanex is so very little.  I would answer no.
