Does aanyone have this type of arthritis? I am 44 year old female. I have had this for several years. It has really been the last few weeks. What helps you??

I have this type and I am on Humira, meloxicam, and ultram to manage the pain. I have it sevearly and it moves from joint to tendon without notice. I have just had a mild flair up, and it lasted 2 weeks, took different meds to manage pain. I live at a moderate pain level 7 most of the time.
