Earliest Signs of Autism

My son is 2 and he is barely talking..he also only responds when we say his name maybe 20% of the time.  The doctors are giving me mixed messages. I am terrified that these are the early signs of autism.

hello, it's ok HEknows up above trust him ,and do what you must do and fill . some dr s are not ed enought, go to another doctor . ,when my childwas 2 my doctor told me she had speach delay and she needs tube in her ear,so when itoke her she did not need them, your child might need them . please get 4 opinions and read about it and trust your heart and deal with whatever come your way.Trusthim ,   He     will nerver fail  you
