Back in the game

I wasn't feeling myself there for awhile. I was eating more and working out less. For someone who likes exercise and loves nutrition, I hated that I wasn't practicing what I preached. So for starters, I dug out my old Weight Watchers material (I've done Weight Watchers a few times in my life, just to drop a few pounds, and have almost always had success with it.) I haven't rejoined the meetings, but I've started writing down everything I eat and have really gotten back in the groove of healthy eating. I'm so much more mindful of what I'm putting in my mouth, and I find myself wanting to exercise more so that I can gain back what's called activity points. I'm giving myself the kick I needed!

Re: Back in the game

Good job, Jodi.  Keeping a food diary is one of the most important tools you can use to help you control your calorie intake and help you get back in the groove of healthy eating.  Best wishes! Smile
