I'm hurting today

I'm hurting today. But in a very good way. Last night, my husband and I worked out together at the gym. Sometimes we get in the habit of doing this, and it can be really motivational. For example, we take turns lifting weights (sure my sets are much lighter than his) or sometimes we'll take turns doing sit-ups while the other person throws the medicine ball at the one doing the sit-ups. It's a great way to spend time together, while also getting in a great workout. Yesterday, we took turns on the rowing machine. I've tried it once or twice, but never this intensely. Well, let me tell you...this machine works basically everything. Your arms, legs, abs, back. So we're both definitely feeling it today. But very happy about it too. I've just been bored with my workouts lately, and as a result, I've dropped off a bit in my dedication. So instead of trying hard to like one thing, I'm just going to try lots of different exercises and see which ones speak to me. I'll be burning calories in the meantime, and my body will be happy because I'll be switching it up!
