Off to a great start

I'm proud of myself. I did pretty good this week with both eating and exercise. I went to the gym a couple times, and it felt so great to get moving and sweating again. I didn't especially love the spin class I went to, mainly because the music didn't really inspire me to push faster and harder on my bike. But fortunately, spin classes are offered at my gym almost every evening, so I'll just try others. My hope is to develop a solid gym schedule that I can stick to. I've been talking to my friend who belongs to that gym, too, and we've been trying to coordinate our schedules.

Also, I juiced almost every day this week, which makes me feel great! We're all out of fruits and vegetables, so it's time to load up on more. I know I've said this before, but I just love the look of a fridge fully stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. It's like an open book. You have all these amazing nutrient powerhouses just waiting to be juiced, baked, sauteed, steamed, grilled, and more!
