I'm starting to exercise and get very serious about my health and to whip myself back into shape. Exercise is always good because you are loosing up joints and bones, muscles. I want to get fit so I'm able to do more things and enjoy life more.
I
This week has been great because I was able to do everything I set my mind to do and one important mission was to maintain my exercise program I started for myself. I'm determined to get in better health in order for me to live a better life.

Eating may taste good on the lips but too much of a good thing gone bad will show uo later on the hips.
I am a 54 year young woman and and have in the past few years been very concerned about my health.
Health is important at any age but as we age in later years things seems to break down faster.
Joined this site for better health information so that I can get informed information to make great choices for my health.
