Life is really like a roller coaster. I've learned over the years life is constantly changing and ther is nothing you can do about it but go with the flow. But most people hate change and fight it and those are always the mean and grumpy people we know...

I'm powerless over people, places and things. When I accept that life goes better. When I fight change I'm miserable. And remember the defination of insanity is doing the same things over and over again expecting different results. Go with the flow it helps. And remember the country band Alabama well they had a song that went I'm in a hurry to get things done oh I rush and rush until lifes no fun all I really gotta do is live and die but I'm in a hurry and don't know why... Rush and rush and you'll miss so much. Slow down and the only person you can change is yourself.....
