There is help out there!!!

For those of us who have decided to practice preventitive healthy living, I have found out that there is much help out there. I have found many sites such as this one (Quality Health), and I have been benefiting greatly from them all. So much of the information I have gathered has been invaluable to me, in helping me to furthur understand my illnesses, and to seek out ways of dealing with, and treating my ilnesses with prevention  first in mind.

I have found healthier ways of manging my lifestyle, through dieting, excersise, and being more involved with my own care, as I attend my doctor visits. I find that there is more of an understanding with my doctor, as he has come to realize how serious I am about my health.

The information I have gathered, has also been very useful to me as I have shared with my freinds, family members, and used  in patient teaching.

Therefore, I am very encouraged, and look forward to all the knowledge I have acquired. I find that the internet can be a great place for learning, right from the comfort of your own home, without having to put out any extra funds.

There is indeed help out there, and I for one intend to pass it on to all I can. I find that in the midst of this health care crisis, we need each other's help, and I have been greatly helped by what  I have found so far.

So. to all you participants out there who taken the time to keep us informed, please keep it coming, we are being helped, and our gratitude goes out to you.
