Uninsured and at risk

My Health and Me

I recently shared that I have begun practicing preventative health. I have been doing a lot of research on measures to take, in order to maintain good health. This includes: Excersise, Proper Diet,  fitness,  Wellness, and most of all keeping well informed.

While doing so, I read an article on the effects of legumes on blood sugar control. the article suggested to include the use of legumes at least twice weekly in ones diet in order to help in regulating ones blood sugar levels. I have tried this, along with the use of ground cinnamon, which can be sprinked over salads and vegetables, and I have been experiencing a significant lowering of my blood sugar levels.

If anyone else have experienced this, please let me hear from you. I do find that eating right really does have a great impact on our fitness, health and overall well being. I feel much better lately, and by the way, I have been following one of the fitness programs I found right here on Quality Health, I have lost weight, and my children and friends have noticed the weight loss!!!

I have also found a way to manage blood sugar levels through nutrition. I don't personally have blood sugar problems but know friends who do and have normal ranges. If you want to know more I am happy to share with you at marcia@christfocus.com
