Bi-Polar My daughter is Bi-Polar, and had a total melt-down (nervous breakdown) 4 years ago....She has a job now, and has had MANY folks praying for her constantly.....Check out this website....www.thewaveriders.com.....There is a book called The Wave Riders....after you read it....you can tell HALF THE WORLD IS BI-POLAR at one time or the other.....stay on your medication....I bought 2 of these books one for myself and my daughter.....so we could 'talk' about this daily.....if she needed to....it helps in breathing methods.......and is very basic GREAT READ.....God Bless you, and HANG IN THERE....mamatuttle
