What about me?

Posted by cuchie8614

I am a caregiver to my ill disabled husband.  Helped him recover from a 15yr plus addiction.  He has 2nd stage progessive ms, suffers from a surgery from a severed spine and recently been diagnosed with Bi-Polar.  Between moodswings from the MS double whammy with the Bi-Polar.  He is on meds now finally, but 8yr together feels like 100 yrs with all this.  Yet, I haven't had extra money for doctors for me in 8yrs & now I feel worn out.  Anyone have any holistic remedies for me that I can take to help me.  Thanks
