I have always believed that your mind can help you get over certain ailments. I would still recommend seeing a doctor if it gets worse but having a positive outlook and even some placebo remedies can also help;) Read more...

I had a terrible cold when I was pregnant with my son. I pride myself on getting over colds much faster than most people, but it took so much longer to beat the cold when I was pregnant. I was sniffling and sneezing for over two weeks. Read more...

probiotics
I was also like that, but I started taking Probiotics(its in yogurt) Its a good bacteria and I take it in a pill form once a day. It has helped me with digestion and I don't get sick as often anymore. Read more...
