I am a diabetic type-2, and when I cook I need to know how to figure out how many calories, sugar, cholesterol, carbs, and etc is in a recipe.
Say, I made chili, how do I figure up everything thats in it?

My recommendation is that you make an appointment with a Registered Dietitian (RD) who can help with these questions and many others. To find an RD in your area, visit the American Dietetic Association's website: www.eatright.org
Also there are many cookbooks specifically for people with diabetes that contain this information for each recipe. The American Diabetes Association has many of these books on their website at: http://www.diabetes.org/shop-for-books-and-gifts/meal-planning-nutrition.jsp
