Feeling Great

Posted by susandan

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site, but not new to diet, weight loss, and nitrition issues.  I have had breast cancer and open heart surgery within the past 4 years.  I'm glad to report that I'm doing great.  However, I do have a fitness program I follow, I eat healthy, and I take nutritional supplements.  I am doing my best to age as gracefully and as healthy as I can.  I have to tell you that my routine with all that I mentioned is quite successful.  I lost 20 pounds last year, and since I have been taking supplements, weight management is a lot easier.  My fitness routine is cardio and weights, and I do this 3 times a week with two other friends.  Having buddies is a great and fun way to work out.  The days without my buddies, I walk the treadmill only.  When weather is good, I walk my neighborhood.  So, What I'm trying to tell you all is that your diet, weight loss, and your nutritional needs can be achieved if YOU DO IT!!!  If I can do it, anybody can.  I have not been an enthusiast for fitness or for taking supplements until this past couple of years.  I am in my 60's, so it is never too late to start your healthy living.  I would be glad to share my story and successes, if anyone is interested.  919-876-5692
