a few tips that helped ME!

Hi everyone.  I saw that a few people said it was hard to LOSS weight! I've been doing this 9 months. I've loss 30lbs now. I started counting calories & portion sizes. Then after 2 weeks it became some what of a habit. Not realy counting NOW. Just making sure each meal is 200 cal. or under. I have 6 meals a day and I feel better with more meals. About 1600 cal. a day. When U crave, chew on gum, drink some water or a diet drink. Even a walk or take deep breaths. I know you don't want to hear that, but it works for me. One more thing hate to EXERCISE start with only 1 day a week 5 min. Every week add 5 min. to it until U have 30min. Then after that try twice a week & so on.  This is what I did, when nothing els worked. I hope this helps someone. Laughing
