Losing Belly Fat

Posted by David1234

I'm hearing that fat around the abdomen is the most dangerous and I'm not sure how to get rid of it.

Re: Diet, Weight Loss & Nutrition

Belly fat is dangerous and has been linked with increased risk for diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. In order to get rid of it, you need to lose weight all over by burning more calories each day than you take in. This is best achieved by a combination of regular exercise and an active lifesyle and decreased calorie intake. I address issues such as these in my weekly "Ask the Nutritionist" column as part of the free weekly eNewsletter which is available simply by signing up at Nubella.com. If you sign up, you'll receive great tips about losing weight and great nutrition information as well as weekly recipes. Healty regards!

I'm new here and also need to lose weight around the midriff.  I will be sure to keep up with conversations.  I am walking and watching my diet, but feel I need to do more.
