Hi, I taught Aerobics for years, certified instructor.  Never had a problem controlling my weight unil MENOPAUSE :(.  No energy to motivate myself to excercise, let alone a class.  My weigt gain was in my middle, which I had never had a problem loosing, even after child birth.  Luckily, I found supplements manufactured  by a pharmaceutical company in Florida thru my daughters friend who is a nutritionist.   Dr. explained they gave my body what it was missing, due to processed foods and our nutrient depleted soil.  They lifted my mood and energy and controlled my cravings for sweets that also came with my menopause and stress Undecided.  Contact me for the info if you think they may help you as well.  They are actually offering a free trial right now.  I'll give  you the code.  Hope they may help you as they did me.  I would post their contact info, but I do not know if that is alllowed.  I'm new to 'blogging' Smile

I also have to lose weight around the abdomen but for me personally it is really hard to lose weight. I am trying to do physical exercise as often as possible and to watch my eating habits but sometimes it is very difficult. I think the best thing would be to follow a diet but unfortunately I do not know which I should follow because there are so many out there.
