salt

Posted by sweep

Hello everyone,

I have tried numerous diet plans only to not stick with them. I was wondering if controling ones salt intake would help with weight loss. Anyone ever try that?

I plan on trying this approach and see what happens. In reading labels there is so much salt in just about everything.

Only whole plant foods are salt free.

It can help you loose water weight.  CAUTION, DO IT UNDER DR'S SUPERVISION...BLOOD TESTS, URINALYSIS, ETC.  DROPPING  OR GAINING WATER WEIGHT CAN ALTER CALCIUM, IRON AND OTHER BLOOD NUTRIENTS, BY DEPLETING THE BLOOD'S FLUIDITY.
