Hi everyone, I am new to this discussion group and am also concerned about weight loss and obesity prevention. If you want more motivation, I found the website http://www.psastation.com/obesity-prevention-psas has great, entertaining commercials. Just something to amuse and motivate everyone worried about their weight.
