I'm trying to eat more healthier and do exercise every day i have like colleing stuff
I have lost 104 lbs +/- since Dec 08. Think its related to the arthritis/fibro issues. Loss of apitite. Weight was 408+ I need to exercise,diet to loose 30 pounds to help with heart,breathing and pverall feeling better
I am 54 yrs. old, insulin dependent diabetic and I want to lose about 30lbs. IM CURRENTLYTRYING TO LOOSE WEIGHT
