The Doctor Search Tool Terms of Use:
QualityHealth provides the 'Doctor Search' tool to the general public as a means of conveniently obtaining basic information about doctors and physicians in the United States in one searchable directory. QualityHealth does not intend for 'Doctor Search' to provide confirmation of the credentials or abilities of any physician found via the Doctor Search interface. The appearance of any physician's profile in Doctor Search directory does not imply recommendation or endorsement by QualityHealth, nor does omission imply QualityHealth's disapproval.
Users may not use, download, republish, sell, duplicate, or "scrape" the information presented in the Doctor Search directory for any purpose whatsoever, in whole or in part, in any medium.
QualityHealth provides the Doctor Search tool on an "AS-IS" basis. QualityHealth disclaims all warranties, either express or implied. Nor does QualityHealth warrant or represent that the Doctor Search tool or any part of it is accurate or that the directory of physicians and doctors is comprehensive. Users assume full responsibility for their interactions with any physician they contact via the Doctor Search tool. In no event shall QualityHealth be liable to anyone for any action taken based upon information provided in the Doctor Search tool, or based upon data contained within the directory.
The use of QualityHealth Doctor Search tool by any entity or individual to verify the credentials of physicians is not permitted. The doctor information contained in the Doctor Search tool is not sufficient to verify physician credentials under the standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, National Committee for Quality Assurance, or the Utilization Review Accreditation Committee.
