Mayo Clinic Minute - New Dietary Guidelines

Eat more veggies but less sugar and salt. That's just a taste of what's included in the new 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans released by the USDA and HHS. The guidelines, which are updated every five years, are aimed at fighting obesity and reducing your risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
