Is this Fibro?

I have been in severe pain of the upper arms and shoulders for 6 months.  I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 12 years ago, and since then, I have have many severe flare-ups.  This feels different.  Has anyone ever been mis-diagnosed with Fibro, when it was actually MS?

I have had a nerve test, and a muscle test, both were normal.  I am waiting for results of cervical MRI. 

Has anyone else expierenced worsening symptoms of fibro?  I always heard from my Dr.'s that it never gets worse.

I have had flare ups mostly when the weather changes.  I do not know where your doctor is getting his info, but mine has worsened with age.
