what is wrong with me?

I went to a rhuematologist, they did alot of blood work. My symptoms are my hands, feet and toes get freezing cold, my body aches, muscles,joints , hands turn blotchy red in the morning. This all started when I broke my right foot Jan.09. I have been to ortho., foot doctor, pain management and PT,also my PCP,no answer's, no help. They think I have Epstein-Barr, I have NO fever,swollen glands and I am not just tired, I am tired from the pain keeping me up, any suggestions
