From the time I wake up, until the time I go to bed, my body just hurts. I am on pain medication, but it doesn't work. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, nothing works and meds to expensive.
I have days when I can't do hardly anything. I tire easily, but do not sleep well. I have had all-over pain. It gets to a point where it affects my job. Any non-medication ways to relieve the pain?
I never thought I would have to live and work with chronic pain. It is very disabling. Pain is chronic but I take what's perscribed and keep a smile on my face!

The Liryca did not do anything for me as far as controling my constant pain.  It seems that vicodin is the only thing I have taken that helps controll my pain.  That and stop to rest when I can.   Read more...

one suggestion is remember the word NO and also Pace yourself..when you are tired take a rest even though you might feel guilty..I have had fibromyalgia, neuropathy and depression for a long time and I hate it so very much.   Read more...
