Best Abs Exercise

Hi Everyone!
I started working out hardcore in the gym, and someone showed me the greatest exercise for your obliques. You grab a weight (I use 8 lbs but you can go as high as you want) stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold the weight with both of your hands, and with your feet planted on the floor- - swing the weight from one side to the other, twisting your trunk slightly.
You will feel a burn but in a great way! I do two sets of 25 :)

What a great idea! I've seen people do that, but it's great to have detailed instructions about the exact form. Keep up the great work

I actually do a similar exercise! I think that running is a great ab workout too!! I love running bc its cardio but also helps tone your entire body.
