Artichokes with Lemon

Cooking time: 35 min

Ingredients:

1/2 cup lemon juice
4 artichokes, stem ends and leaves trimmed

Cooking Directions:

Place artichokes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 35-40 minutes or until stem ends are tender when pierced. Drain. Serve artichokes with lemon juice and pepper to taste.
