Baked Potatoes with Broccoli and Yogurt Topping
Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes, scrubbed
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake potatoes 45 minutes, or until tender. Steam broccoli over boiling water for 6-8 minutes, or until tender. Mix with yogurt and pepper. Use as topping for potatoes. |
