Basic Lobster
Ingredients:
2 live lobsters
Cooking Directions:Bring water in a large pot to a boil. Place lobsters in the water. When water returns to a boil, continue cooking. The cooking time depends on the weight of the lobster: about 18 minutes for a lobster that weighs 2 lb. For each addition 1 lb, add an additional three minutes cooking time.
