Basic Millet

Cooking time: 25 min

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp salt (optional)
2-1/2 cups water
1 cup millet

Cooking Directions:

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add millet and salt (optional. Reduce heat and old simmer} for 20 to 25 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir with a fork and let stand for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
