Cauliflower with Bacon
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb cauliflower florets
4 scallions, trimmed and finely chopped
4 bacon slices, finely chopped
Cooking Directions:Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam about 8 minutes or until almost tender. Remove steamer basket and set aside. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook bacon 4-5 minutes or until browned. Add scallions, cauliflower and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently until hot. |
