Ingredients:

1/4 cup raisins
1 cup carrots, grated
1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
2 tbsp almond butter
1 cup canned crushed pineapple
1 cup Jonathan or Macintosh apples, chopped
1/2 cup almonds

Cooking Directions:

Combine the yogurt and almond butter in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Slowly stir in the yogurt-almond mixture.
