Garlic Croutons

Ingredients:

5 slices day old French bread, .5 in., cubed
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp water

Cooking Directions:

Sauté garlic in olive oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender. Add water, mix well. Add bread cubes, toss to coat. Spread bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet, and bake at 325°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
