Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients:

1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
2 tbsp olive oil
4 small zucchini, sliced lengthwise in half
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Cooking Directions:

Prepare grill. Combine all ingredients, except zucchini, in a bowl. Stir in zucchini and toss to coat with vinaigrette dressing. Place zucchini on grill over medium heat. Season with salt to taste and cook, turning occasionally and brushing with vinaigrette, until zucchini are browned and tender.
