Homemade Indian Chapatis

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup whole grain flour
2/3 cup all purpose flour

Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes before using. Pinch off part of the dough to make a 1.5 in.-wide ball. Roll flat on a lightly floured surface until it becomes thin. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and puffed. Serve.
