Lemon Broccoli with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients:

1 lb broccoli florets
1-1/2 tbsp lemon dressing
2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, soaked if not oil-packed

Cooking Directions:

Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in dressing and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss.
