Lowfat Fudge Brownies From Mix
Ingredients:
1 package lowfat brownie mix
2/3 cup water
Cooking Directions:Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine brownie mix and water in a bowl, and stir using a spoon, about 50 strokes, or until well blended. Spread in a 13x9 in. pan that has been greased on bottom only. Bake 24-25 minutes (bake 23 minutes if using a dark nonstick metal pan). Appearance, touch, or toothpick test does not indicate when brownies are done. For ease in cutting, cool completely, and use a plastic knife. Store covered. |
