Maharaja White Rice

Cooking time: 20 min

Ingredients:

1/4 cup prepared mango chutney
1 tsp orange peel, grated
1 cup white rice
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup water
1 cup chicken stock

Cooking Directions:

Bring stock and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Stir in rice and raisins and immediately reduce heat to low. Cover pan and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered. Add remaining ingredients and fluff with a fork before serving.
