Raphael's Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1/8 tsp fresh oregano, crushed
1 limes, juiced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
6 roma tomatoes
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
Cooking Directions:Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve. You can also cover and refrigerate for up to five hours before serving. |
