Settlers' Coleslaw

Ingredients:

2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup onions, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 cup carrots, grated
1/8 tsp lemon zest
3-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing, or mayonniase

Cooking Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Combine both mixtures. Cover and chill before serving.
