Steamed Pollock Fillets

Ingredients:

1 cup tomato juice
1 tsp oregano
1-1/2 lb pollock fillets
1/4 tsp white pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp seasoning salt, to taste

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets in a baking dish. Combine tomato juice and seasonings in a bowl. Pour over fish. Cover and bake 12-18 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
