2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 large tomatillos, husked, washed and chopped fine
1/3 cup red onions, minced
1/3 cup red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tsp lime peel, grated

Cooking Directions:

Mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
