1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup scallions, trimmed and chopped
2 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup fresh mango, chopped
1-1/3 tbsp fresh lime juice

Cooking Directions:

Toss all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper just before serving. Great with chips or on grilled anything.
