One of my best friends was just tragically diagnosed with HIV. I feel like there's nothing I can possibly say to console her. It's so tragic and unfair and I do not know what to do..

As a recently diagnosed individual with HIV and will say that all you can do is silently be there. there really isn't too much you can do or say except for be a shoulder to lean on. i'm sorry to hear about your friend
