Dealing with Insomina

Posted by par4dad

I have had insomina all my life. Until the last few years it was not an issue. I really didn't know any different. But a few years back, my heart started beating irregular and I was easily getting out of breath. My blood pressure remained around stroke level and it was taking a toll on me physicaly as well as mentally. I am now on a cpap and take a narcotic to sleep. I don't like taking the meds, but sometimes I have too. Now that I know how it feels to get a good nights sleep, it changes my whole life. I just wish I could do it without drugs.

Our experts blog about everything from caregiving and addiction to losing weight and staying fit.
