help! deal with insomnia part(1)

My Insomnia started 2 years ago. And i neded up in the hopsital three times. In this  series of articles i will offer soultion in forms of what kinda plls to help & which type of matress to sleep on & which over the counter pills & tea that has helped me throughout it. Right now! i haven't had to take pills in 2 weeks. The next statments should help you to loosen up right before you go sleep.

About 1 1/2 hour before you go sleep. Make a hot bath and have two washclothes & one towel with you. When the tub si 3/4 full, get in and take the first washclothe and put it behid you neck, I forgot to tell you to use a plug-in night light.

Next lay all the way back , now grap the second wash clothe. Put it over your eyes, and slightly fold your legs in together. Now fold washclothe over eye & clear your mind . Don't think of anything, not even food or a good movie or money. Think of only peace & tranquilty.  Do this for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

When time passes by rise up slowly, drain water in tub & take 10 minutes shower with body wahs from head to toe. make sure that you dry your hair well before you step out of the bathroom!

This will definately loosen you up & you should be able to goto sleep without taking any pills. Please tell me how good it helped you.
