Sleeping pills and addiction

I'm so afraid to take any type of sleeping pill because so many of them are addictive. Are there any pills out there that aren't? 

The FDA just approved Takedas as a non-addictive sleeping pill. I've also heard of a pill called Rozerem. It too is supposed to be non-addictive. 

I always suggest that you try natural methods to treat whatever is bothering you. There are so many relaxation techniques you can try and you can also take some supplements. There are a lot of teas that can sooth you before bed...def decaf.
