Sapna maintains a private nutrition counseling practice in New York City specializing in weight loss and maintenance, nutritional management of hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes and a host of other illnesses.

In addition to maintaining a private practice, Sapna Lalla is Nutrition Coordinator of the Initiative for Women with Disabilities (IWD), NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases which is a multi-disciplinary center committed to providing respectful, high quality gynecological, medical and wellness services for women with physical disabilities.
