I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disorder, and chronic pain AFTER a Pain Specialist made a mistake that almost cost me my life and/or paralysis. I am always in pain. The only thing that helps are steroid injections given by my Rheumatologist every three months. And it lasts for about one month. I am also on Fentanyl patches.
"Smile" at all times! People don't have to know that you are in excruciating pain most of the time.
Gardening, reading, spending time with family
My wonderful husband, my 15 year old Min. Schnauzer and my two adorable granddaughters!!
To find a cure for the pain other than pills, patches, and injections.
